Introduction

If you’re a self acclaimed girly girl with a love of Vintage, femininity and statement eyes then carry of reading and see what I’ve got in store for you. Smooch Cosmetics is a fantastic company that offers amazing make up at affordable prices. One thing that causes many women to make a choice on make up is the price. When you discover that some “supposedly” effective, wonder product has an equally high price tag it’s usually the determining point of the purchase.

But, I believe you may well and truly find yourself corrected my dears. If your a VI who wants easy, effective and pretty make up that compliments your skin tone I think Smooch is the brand for you. Smooch were overly generous when they sent me (Fashioneyesta) a big parcel full of goodies to try and rate for the Fashioneyesta blog. Read on for tutorials, ratings and comments.

In look one I went for a combination of pinks, greens and black eye liner to achieve a bright Spring look.

The product has a matt easy to grip finish, there is good colour contrast of white against black and the text is in a big print. The duo has a distinct line so a VI can feel which colour is which. However, there is no braille on the packaging.

Ease of Application: 5/5

The product glides on smoothly and blends in flawlessly. The product does not fall below the eye and the colours wold take you from day to night.

Value for Money: 4/5 

Very good value for money.

Overall Quality: 5/5

I think the product is fantastic and looks stunning on the eyes, the colours are so easy to wear.

The pencil has a good colour contrast, however there is no braille on the packaging.The pencil also has two tools on either side which makes it hard to determine which is which for VI’s. This could possibly lead to a visually impaired person contrasting marks to the hands and fingers.

Ease of Application: 3/5

The pencil is relatively easy to use once you have practice with using eye liner. The pencil does smudge easily. But when applied properly it gives a smooth finish.

Value for Money: 5/5 

Excellent value for money!

Overall Quality: 5/5 

I really liked this product, it delivers great results and would make a great addition to anyones make up bag.

The product is easy to open, the matt finish and the different textures from smooth to embossed makes the packaging easy to detect. The colour contrast of black against white is excellent.

Ease of Application: 5/5

The product is easy to apply and does not smudge easily. It is one of the best mascaras I have used to date.

Value for Money 5/5 

Very good value for money considering it’s large size.

Overall Quality 5/5

The product produces great results and has an equally eye catching packaging. It would make an excellent gift.

The product is easy to open and apply, there is also a good colour contrast on the packaging. The matt finish makes the product easy to grip.

The product is easy to apply, it blends smoothly with a brush.  However it requires further blending with the fingers.

Value for Money: 5/5 

Excellent value for money.

Overall Quality: 5/5  It is a fantastic blusher and so current for a lot of the Spring/ Summer trends such as the Dolls House and the Eastern trends.

The product applies smoothy, however the colour was slightly to dark for my skin tone and is more of and evening look due to the red pigment. The product was great, however VI’s may struggle with use.

Value for Money: 5/5

The price is very reasonable for a product that produces good results.

Overall Quality: 3.5/5 

The product creates a defined line around the lip area, however you may need to consult smooch on colour matching before purchasing one.

The product is easy to grip and easy to open, the lip is distinctly shorter to the bottom which makes it easy to determine which way to open it. However, there is no braille on the packaging.

Ease of Application: 5/5 The product is extremely easy to use for a lipstick. I can honestly say I would never have sued a lipstick prior to this. However, Smooch have converted me to using theres due to the sheer easiness of the application. The lipstick does not smudge and can easily be removed or corrected.

Value for Money: 5/5

The product is excellent value for money.

Overall Quality: 5/5 

I absolutely adore this product is it currently one of my favourites.

The lipgloss is easy to open and the different textures make the product very accessible to visually impaired people. Again there is no braille on the packaging.

Ease of Application: 4/5

The product requires some twisting in order to extract the product from the brush at the top. however when extracted the product applied to the lips easily and swiftly which caused me to have glossy, full looking lips.

Value for Money: 5/5 

The product was very good value for money.

Overall Quality: 4/5 

I was very impressed with the lip gloss as it was one that could take any women from day to night.

It is a fantastic blusher and so current for a lot of the Spring/ Summer trends such as the Dolls House and the Eastern trends. The look would be very flattering to a pale skin person and can really brighten up the complexion. Will definitely be buying again!

The product is extremely easy to use for a lipstick. The red pigment may mean that you have to double check or lip blot before you go out. But, otherwise it’s a first class lipstick in my opinion.

The product is excellent value for money.

Overall Quality: 5/5 

I really enjoyed using this product and absolutely love the colour. It will look perfect for my Vintage look posts and videos and would equally be a great colour for any night out.
