Greetings Readers!

Welcome back to fashioneyesta.com!

Today I have a haul blog for you today! And it is none other than a Lush Haul! The other day I headed up to my local Lush in Bromley to see what new delights they had in store.

Now being that today is a Saturday I am sure that many of you will be planning to go out and hit the shops today and tomorrow for some well needed retail therapy.

So, I thought that it would be prudent for me to share with you what I bought during my latest Lush excursion.

So sit back, relax and enjoy todays blog!

As I haven’t used any of these products before I will not be able to comment on things such as was of application or overall quality. But I can give my first impressions comments.

Accessibility

Now as many of you may know if you have been following my blog, I always rate products for their accessibility.

Lush as a whole have many products that are accessible due to their distinguished scents, textures, sizes, shapes and colours.

The ‘naked’ products such as the bath products, massage bars and other related products all are distinguishable in texture, scent and shape and are easy to tell apart.

The packaging has good colour contrast of black background against white with bold text.

The only thing that Lush needs to do to improve on their accessibility is to incorporate braille into their products.

Bath Products

Now let us start with a few bath products that I picked up during my Lush trip. Due to the fact that I already have quite a few to get through in my collection, I only bought three. But the ones I did buy were all very different in scent.

Big Blue Bath Bomb

Price: £3.20

Comments: This is a new addition to the Lush bath family, it is a circular shaped bath bomb in a deep blue with a white spot in the centre.

It has a fresh floral scent which is made up of scents such as Lemon and Lavender and smells very clean and uplifting.

Avobath Bath Bomb

SAM_0321

Price: £3.25

Comments: A fresh, awakening and zingy bath bomb, enriched with advocate, Bergamot, Lemongrass and Olive Oil. This is great for morning starts or days where you just simply lack any kind of motivation. It has a very clean, fresh, sweet scent which is very stimulating and is in a bright green colour shaped in a large ball.

Creamy Candle Bubble Bar

SAM_0322

Price: £2.60

Comments: If you have a sweet tooth and like bath products that create lots of bubbles then this is definitely a Lush product to add to your collection.

It has the most delectable scent and is in many ways addictive and this i know from experience because this was the one product in this haul I knew that I would be purchasing.

It is a light pink creamy textured bar with a small flower in the centre and in a rounded long shape in a candy floss pink shape.

Body

D’fluff Shaving Cream

SAM_0318 SAM_0319

Price: £5.75 70g pot or £9.95 150g pot

Comments: If any of you are prone to cutting yourself when you shave or find that you can never get that smooth finish after a shave then this would definitely be the product for you.

This is a light shaving soap in a creamy texture which has a delightful scent of strawberries and a floral undertone in a pink colour. When applied to your leg it foams up smoothly and moisturises your legs whilst preventing any cuts or screeches caused by using a razor.

I have used it a couple of times since purchasing it and I know that it is definitely going to be an essential part of my everyday shower routine.

The Sunblock Solid Wash Sunscreen (SPF 30)

SAM_0317

Price: £8.95

Link: Click here

Comments: Now one thing that I know is an essential part of Summer skincare is using a good sunblock. But, one thing I dimly hate is that oily sticky feeling that one usually gets after using sunblock and so when i discoered that Lush had launched a sunblock in the form of an in shower body moisturiser like King of the Skin or Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner I leapt at the opportunity!

It acts like a sunscreen come body moistener and is enriched with things like Chamomile to soothe and moisturise your skin to give you the best of both worlds. And best of all it is sliced into three sections meaning that you can take it on holiday and use this as both your moisturiser and sun protection. Lush you certainly do think of every eventuality!

Skincare

The Million Dollar Moisturiser (SPF 30)

SAM_0325 SAM_0326

Price: £32.50

Link: Click here

Comments: This was probably the most extravagant purchase out of my entire haul, but to justify this I did honestly need to get a moisturiser with an SPF in it. After all, in my opinion keeping your skin young and wrinkle free by using moisturisers is key. Enriched with really extravagant ingredients like Lavender, Tonca bean, Honey, Johoba oil, Fair trade Shea Butter and Almond Oil. This is the product that is pure luxury and has the most sensational smell. Wen I first smelt it I had the uncontrollable compulsion to add this to my basket and to take it home with me to add to my skincare collection…and so I did just that!

I am very excited to try out this new product from Lush and will be back in the next few weeks with a full review of this particular product.

So, that concludes todays Lush Haul!

I really hope you enjoyed it and that it has given you some inspiration to head to your nearest Lush store or to shop online to see what latest products they have and to maybe treat yourself to a few new delights.

Go on! Spoil yourself! After all you only live once.
