Fashioneyesta’s Top Cleansing Balms Picks

Greetings Readers!

Welcome back to!

I hope you are all enjoying the festivities of the season (if your reading this blog in December of course) Today I wanted to share a blog with you on a topic that I thought some of you may be interested in.

Some of you may have heard of this beauty craze that has made itself prominent over the last few months and that is, cleansing balms.

Now for any of you who don’t know what a cleansing balm is it is basically a cleanser for your face that is made with rich ingredents like butters, plant extracts and oils to help brake down your makeup and can be used on a daily basis in your skincare routine to help cleanse and moisturise your face. And in my opinion, they are one of the skincare must haves for every lady, especially at this time of year when the trails of Winter like central heating and windy days are beginning to have their affects on your skin and can really dry out your skin making it look tired and depleted.

But of course with there being so many to choose from on the market it can be really daunting to know which one to pick.

So, in todays blog I have selected my top 4 cleansing balms that I would recommend to you and what makes them unique.

Keep reading to find out more..

All brands mentioned are Cruelty Free (meaning that none of them Test on Animals.

How To Use Your Cleansing Balm

To begin with I first of all want to impart some knowledge on how to use your cleansing balm in the correct way, so here is my guide to using one in a few easy steps.

  1. Cleansing balms are best used in the evening when you are removing your makeup.
  2. First of all take a small amount of your cleansing balm and massage it into your face for around 5-10 minutes to let the balm do its work.
  3. Once you have massaged it into your skin, you then take a warm, clean, wet flannel and pat this all over your face to get the product off. You will find this helps to brake down your makeup so that you are left with clean, moisturised skin.
  4. Pat your face dry with a towel and you are good to go.

This is one of the best value Cleansing Balms that is available on the nigh street that delivers fantastic results just as the more upper market ones would. This balm has been made with calming camomile to sooth the skin and prevent redness and irritation and the formulation of the balm is designed to help break down makeup and leave your skin feeling cleansed and moisturised. I use this on a regular basis and this is my current favourite, it glides on smoothly to the skin and can be easily washed off. It is the perfect go to cleansing balm for anyone who is a novice to the cleansing calm craze.

This is one of my all time favourite cleansing balms and I used this one a lot during my teenage years when I found that my skin was becoming imbalanced due to signs of oiliness on the T Zones or dryness. This is the perfect cleansing balm for young skin due to the fact that its main ingredient is Rose which is known to help balance the skin.

The balm is also formulated to gently exfoliate and moisturise the skin, its the perfect weekly cleanser to use for anyone who feels their skin needs a bit of a revamp.

This is the perfect cleansing product to use for anyone with dry or mature skin due to its rich ingredients of beeswax, camomile, eucalyptus and cocoa butter to moisturise and soothe the skin. It is a great product to use on a daily basis due to its gentle formulation and its rich ingredients that really help keep your skin in good condition or those harsh winter days.
