A Few New Lush Bits

Greetings Readers!

Welcome back to fashioneyesta.com!

Now, as many of you may know Lush is my all time favourite shop and the other day I happened to go past their and went in for a few things. I did not get as much as I usually do but that was because I had been to Lush Oxford Street not to long before, but I wanted to get a few things so i thought I would make a little blog to show you what I got and to write a bit about the products and what they are for.

My local Lush is Bromley and the staff in there are ever so lovely and friendly, they are always so accommodating and helpful and my guide dog Unity always gets a lot of fuss when we venture in.

So, I ended up getting some things that I had never tried before as well as an old favourite.

So, sit back relax and enjoy!

The first thing I got hold of was the Hair Doctor hair treatment, at this point I do a massive happy dance because after six months of Lush taking it off the shelves they have finally brought it back! What this basically is is a pre treatment to use before you wash your hair, apply it to dry hair and leave it for 20 minutes and it will treat the scalp and deep condition the hair. It is made with Coconut Oil, Irish Moss and Yeasts, Fullers Earth and Chamomile. Almond Oil and Peppermint Oil. So, if you colour your hair or use a lot of heat products like I do (my hair is not dyed) then this will be a great treatment for you.

The next thing I wanted to try was a new Shampoo Bar, i had been previously using the Jason and the Argon Bar but found it can be a bit too heavy for my hair at times. This one is inspired by Italy and it made with Lemon Peel to give the hair shine, Olive Oil to strengthen the hair, and Rosemary to sooth the scalp. One thing I will say is that it smells incredible!

I wanted to try the Veganese conditioner as i had been trying the American Cream one for a while and noticed that my hair was getting thicker but it also was getting more prone to tangling. So, the ladies in the store recommended this one because it is made to condition, but not weight down the hair making it a great choice for people with tangled or fine hair. It is made with Seaweed to soften the hair, lemon to give shine and rosemary to calm the scalp. It also use Benzoin, Lavender and Agar Agar Gel. So, far I have been really liking it and the scent is beautiful and as the name implies Vegans can use it.

Ultra Balm

Price: £8.95

The next thing I picked up whilst I was in there was the Ultra Balm, which is basically like an all purpose balm, kin of like Vaseline but an organic, cruelty free and frankly better version of it. It is made with Rose Wax, Candelila Wax, and Jojoba Oil. You can use it on your lips, elbows, eyebrows, hair, on your skin when you are dying your hair. it’s like a beauty essential in the Lush world, so I thought i’d get one to give it a go.

And that wraps it up for today folks, I hope you enjoyed it. Comment below with your favourite Lush products and I will catch you guys in my next one!
