Welcome back to fashioneyesta.com!
Today I wanted to share with you all an Outfit of the Day blog as I haven’t done that many lately and I fancied doing on on this occasion.
So, yesterday I went out for a girly day out shopping and having lunch with my new friend Bianca Von Stempel who you may know of if you read my last blog post. We had a fantastic day and it was super fun. The weather was incredibly warm yesterday, so to my delight I was able to adorn a Summer dress that I had recently bought. So, I thought I would show you what I wore for a casual shopping trip in the warm weather.
To start off with, the dress that I was wearing was a beautiful jungle red colour dress from H&M (which you may recall if you watched my latest haul video over on my YouTube channel.) The dress is off the shoulder and has two straps, the skirt is floaty and in tiered, gypsy style, the sleeves around 3/4 length and are detailed with little tassels in the same colour as the dress. The colour is very striking and the loose fitting, floaty material makes it the perfect dress for a casual day out.
I added a gold, platted skinny waste belt to nip me in at the waste and this belt was also from H&M and I believe it cost me £3.99 when I purchased it.
I added a statement ring which in in gold and features an aztec pattern in colours of jungle red (the same tone as the dress) blue, white and black and this was originally from Primark (old stock.)
I added this beige colour faux leather tote bag with hassle detailing, platted handles and a detachable strap. This was again from H&M and is currently available on their website.
The bag retails for £29.99 (also in black) and can be found by clicking here.
I also wore a large gold dreamcatcher pendant with beige feathers which was from eBay. I am utterly obsessed with dreamcatchers and anything boho as you guys well know by now so I absolutely adore this and I think it really added something to the outfit.
My sandals that I was wearing were from Primark, purchased last year, and are just some simple tan colour sandals. Because lets face it, who honestly goes shopping in high heels? Especially when one of your destinations is Primark, I know I certainly don’t.
So, I will now just finish with a shots of my trying to get to grips with the shutter speed setting on my new camera. in the shots I am spinning around in my floaty red dress, the shots came out pretty well as a matter of fact. Although there are many discarded shots on account of me pulling some very odd faces.
And naturally Unity, my guide dog, just had to be in a photograph. She has a compulsion to get into my outfit of the day shots, (I think she gets jealous when the camera isn’t focused on her.) So, I took one with her in it to keep her happy.
So, thats pretty much if for this blog today, I really hope you guys liked it. Do let me know in the comments what your getting up to today and have a wonderful Sunday.
See you soon!
