Treating My Guide Dog with *

Greetings Readers!

Welcome back to another blog from!

Today I have a bit of a different blog post for you, because today its not about me, fashion, beauty or going out and about. Instead todays blog is about my favourite creature on the planet, Unity my Guide Dog!

Now it probably comes as no surprise to you that Unity is my world, she’s my sidekick and my best friend. She’s an excellent guide dog and works incredibly hard on a daily basis. So, from time to time I like to treat her and let her know how appreciated and loved she is.

As a blogger I am very lucky that I get to work with different brands and try new products to review for my blog. But, it would seem its not just me who gets sent PR samples, my guide dog does too!

I was very kindly sent a package from the UK company, they are an online pet supplies store that sells a wide variety of pet products. They offer over 10,000 products to choose from and free home delivery on orders over £19.95. You can also order dog food on a repeat delivery service. Something that is very useful for dog owners, especially if there isn’t a pet shop local to your home.

The company offers grain free dog food, natural dog treats and Dentalife Dog Treats.

Unity was sent a selection of products to try out, all of which being natural and promoting canine health. I don’t give Unity treats all the time and when I do I want to ensure that she has the best quality treats with healthy ingredients to keep her healthy.

The first thing Unity tried was a packet of Dog Cookies made with White Fish and Sea Bass by the brand Catch Dog Treats. The brand creates healthy treats using varieties of fish for our doggie companions. Unity absolutely loved these dog treats as you can see from the picture of her licking her lips after eating one. Truth be told, there are only 4 left in the bag now! They have a very strong scent, so they also work perfectly for obedience training as the scent of these treats really does get your dogs attention!

The next thing Unity tried was a packet of Huntland Grain Free Dog Food made with Scottish Loch Salmon with River Trout and Sweet Potato. The food is freshly prepared with natural ingredients, its grain free and suitable for all breeds. The brand is made with 50% Meat and 50% Vegetables. Unity devoured this food, it has a very strong scent again due to the fish content. Unity is on a very strict diet and the food she eats is dry food and made with natural ingredients. Unity has really been enjoying this food and practically gobbled it down within minutes.

Finally,  Unity also tried the DentalifeDaily Oral Care Dog Chew. Unity did enjoy this however I did notice it took her slightly longer to eat this than the other treats. But, then again she does usually take her time eating dental sticks and chews. Nevertheless, she did finish it and quite frankly anything that keeps her teeth in good condition is fine by me.

All in all I think this is a really great service, there is such a variety of brands and products to choose from. So you can shop for your pets from the comfort of your own home. Unity certainly enjoyed testing the products for this blog!

Thank you so much to for the opportunity!
