Transitioning Into Autumn with Elvi Clothing *

Greetings Readers!

Welcome back to Fashioneyesta!

Today is the first day of September and you all know what that means! Conkers have already started falling from the trees, leaves are turning to rich copper shades and theres definitely a chill in the air that wasn’t there before. Autumn is well and truly on its way!

I find transitioning from the Summer weather into Autumn at this time of year a little difficult. Sometimes the fashion is a little in a state of limbo and it isn’t until the later weeks in September where Autumn really starts to show in fashion stores.

Luckily Elvi Clothing has already launched their new Autumn/Winter collection which has some fantastic Autumn/Winter staples that you could wear with so many different accessories for different occasion. Elvi Clothing is also an inclusive fashion brand stocking their fashions in women’s sizes 8-28.

The dress I’m wearing is their Ditsy Printed Tea Dress, this dress is absolutely beautiful and so elegant. The colours are very befitting for the Autumn months the background is an off cream colour with a gold floral pattern. The dress has long ruffled sleeves and ruffle detailing to the high neckline. The dress also has a pink slip underneath and the dress itself is a midi dress. The dress is tapered at the waist and has an a line skirt, the dress itself is in a soft flowing material. I think this dress is perfect for the Autumn months to wear with some heeled boots for a more causal look or some gold high heels and a clutch bag for an evening. But, equally this dress could see youth through into the Spring/Summer months when it’s not too hot.

I paired it with a pair of gold heeled dancing shoes which are my beloved shoes from Miss L Fire which you’ve seen a dozen times on my blog now! I also wore my Danielle Nicole Beauty and the Beast Book Clutch. Finally I added my Soru Baroque Pearl Ring for a little bit of sparkle and because of the gold detailing.

I absolutely adore this dress, I love the colour and the ruffled detailing. It really has an old world Edwardian feel to it and I think it’s a great staple for the Autumn months.
