New Pixi MatteLast Lipsticks and Swatches*

Greetings Readers!

Today I have a new beauty related blog post today on some new releases from Pixi. When I received this most amazing press release from Pixi featuring the full collection of their MatteLast lipsticks in an adorable letter box I was so incredibly excited to swatch them.

I have actually featured some of the MatteLast lipsticks in a previous blog post.

But Pixi have now launched an additional six shades to the MatteLast Liquid Lipstick collection. I absolutely love the formula of these lipsticks, they are infused with Rosehip Oil and they apply very smoothly. They last for a very long time and the colours are very pigmented and dry down to a matte formula.

Swatches and Shade Descriptions

Au Naturelle: a warm coral toned nude.

Bare Beauty: a light warm toned nude.

Matte Beige: a true matte beige nude.

Pastel Petal: a pink nude with a plum undertone.

Really Rose: a berry toned nude.

Evening Rose: a plum toned nude.

Peony Pink: a cool toned pink.

Prettiest Pink: a bright fuchsia pink.

Orange Red: a bright orange toned red.

Real Red: a true deep red.

Berry Boost: a deep berry toned shade.

My favourite shades from the MatteLast lipstick range are Really Rose, Au Naturelle, Berry Boost and Real Red. Real Red is a beautiful shade for the Christmas months it’s a true deep red. I would definitely recommend these lipsticks if you want a smooth finish matte lip that lasts and wears well.

The MatteLast Lipsticks are available to purchase at M&S, Look Fantastic, and Pixi Beauty They retail for £16 each.
