Getting Festival Ready with Boohoo*

25th June 2018

Greetings Readers!

Welcome back to fashioneysta.com!

Summer has well and truly arrived here in the UK and with it festival season! I love festival inspired fashion and makeup. I love getting dressed up with tassled dresses, floppy hats and wearing my hair long and beauty. For practical advice on choosing clothes, read about how I shop as a legally blind person.

Boohoo is one of my favourite fashion retailers, especially in the Summer time when it comes to festival season. They currently have an amazing range of festival inspired clothing, footwear and accessories on their website. Whether you want to wear a flowing maxi dress or a crop top and patterned shorts on your next trip to a festival Boohoo have got you covered.

I recently teamed up with Boohoo to create my Summer festival look featuring some of my favourite picks from their festival collection.

The main theme of my look was tassels, lots and lots of tassels I’m a huge fan of tassels especially in the Summer months. My dress is a white shift dress with tassel detailing to the hem, it’s a floaty fit with sitch detailing to the sleeves and front. It’s perfect for the Summer months and really versatile to wear with lots of different colours and accessories. I love the style, the floaty fit and the tassel detailing which adds a touch of festival boho to the look. It’s also available in black as well as white.

Next I paired it with a straw tassel beach bag with pink and orange neon coloured tassels and a Moroccan inspired embroidered print to the top of the bag. The bag also has leather straps and a hot pink lining for a touch of colour. I love how spacious the bag is, perfect for festivals when you have a lot to carry around or even for your next trip to the beach.

I also added a straw floppy hat with little tassels in an array of bright colours. I absolutely love wearing straw floppy hats in the Summer and its very important to protect your head during festival season in warm weather. So why not do it in style?

To finish the look I also added my own accessories including a pair of heeled tan suede boots and a long beaded necklace with a neon pink tassel.

So that’s my festival inspired look, are you feeling inspired?
