New Beauty Launches I’m Loving: L’Occitane, Fenjal & Pixi (Summer 2026)

31st August 2026

Pixi, L’Occitane and Fenjal have recently released some fabulous new beauty launches for August 2026.

There’s something about the transition from summer into autumn that always makes me want to switch things up in my beauty routine.

I’m not quite ready to say goodbye to lightweight textures, glowing skin and summery scents, but I am starting to gravitate towards warmer fragrances, nourishing body care and slightly richer makeup shades.

Recently, I’ve been trying three new beauty launches that fit perfectly into that in‑between‑season beauty mood: L’Occitane’s new Amande Sublime collection, Fenjal’s Sweet Summer Kiss range, and three new shades of Pixi’s much‑loved On‑the‑Glow Blush.

Here’s what I tried — and what I thought.

L’Occitane Amande Sublime Collection

If you’ve followed my beauty content for a while, you’ll know I have a real soft spot for L’Occitane, especially as it’s one of the few beauty brands that features braille on its packaging for people with sight loss.

I’m a particular fan of the Almond collection. It has that distinctive fresh, floral fragrance with a slightly warm undertone.

The new Amande Sublime range takes that familiar almond experience and gives it a luxurious update, with products designed to leave the skin feeling nourished, smooth and glowing — all without relying on heavy textures.

What’s in the Amande Sublime range?

What did I think?

One of the things I particularly like about this collection is how lightweight the formulas feel.

I love nourishing body products, but I’m not fond of anything that leaves my skin feeling greasy or coated. These manage to give my skin that soft, moisturised feeling whilst still being comfortable and lightweight to wear.

Fenjal Sweet Summer Kiss

At the other end of the fragrance spectrum, I’ve also been trying the new Sweet Summer Kiss collection from Fenjal.

It’s vegan‑friendly, cruelty‑free and has been a genuinely impressive brand I’ve enjoyed exploring over the last few months.

As the name suggests, this range sits firmly on the summery side, combining a delicate fruity fragrance with nourishing ingredients including peach extract and jojoba oil.

The result is a scent that feels sweet and feminine, but thankfully not overpowering.

Sometimes sweeter body‑care fragrances can become a little too much for me, especially when they’re very sugary, but Sweet Summer Kiss has a much softer quality. The peach gives it that lovely fruity character, whilst the overall fragrance remains light and delicate enough for everyday use.

What did I think?

For me, the standout feature is the balance between the sweet fragrance and the nourishing feel of the products.

The range leaves my skin feeling soft and cared for, whilst the fragrance adds a touch of summer without being too strong.

It’s a great option if you enjoy fragranced body care but don’t want your products competing with your perfume.

And although we’re technically heading towards autumn, I’m certainly not opposed to stretching out those summer scents for a little longer.

Pixi On‑the‑Glow Blush: Three New Shades

Finally, something for the makeup bag.

Pixi has added three new shades to its On‑the‑Glow Blush collection, and the timing couldn’t be better — these colours work beautifully for that transition from summer makeup into autumn.

If you haven’t come across them before, On‑the‑Glow Blushes are skincare‑infused tinted balms in an easy stick format. They can be applied to both cheeks and lips, making them a handy multipurpose product.

The formula contains Ginseng, Aloe Vera and Fruit Extracts to hydrate, soothe and condition the skin whilst adding a sheer, buildable wash of colour.

Shade Guide

Here's all the shades and a description of each.

E7B89A

A soft, creamy nude. The most understated of the three and ideal if you prefer a natural‑looking flush.

Mauve

A gentle dusty rose with a muted quality that works perfectly as we move away from brighter summer tones.

Cassis

A rich berry shade that instantly evokes autumn and those deeper berry tones that always return at this time of year.

Together, the three shades create a lovely transitional palette: the soft nude of Chantilly, the muted rose of Mauve and the richer berry of Cassis as autumn approaches.

One of the biggest selling points of the On‑the‑Glow Blushes is how easy they are to use.

The creamy stick format lets you apply colour exactly where you want it and blend it out quickly, without fuss.

They also have a hydrating quality that gives the skin a fresh, dewy appearance rather than looking powdery or flat.

I particularly like products like this for quick makeup days when I want to add colour and life back into my complexion without doing a full face.
